Refund Policy

We understand that plans change and unexpected situations do arise while traveling internationally. If you are unable to attend a tasting that you have scheduled and paid for, please Contact Us as soon as possible. Our refund policy is outlined below:

For Packages Requiring Transportation

Full Refund
Because our transportation is booked and paid for once your reservation is made, for packages requiring transportation, we are unable to provide a full refund once the reservation is made. For all cancellations made on these packages at least two weeks prior to the reservation, a full refund is given minus a transportation fee depending on the size of your group (generally ranging from 75€ for small groups to 175€ for larger groups).

Half Refund
Half refunds are given when cancellations are made at least 1 week (7 days) prior to the package date.

No Refund
We are unable to give refunds for packages that are canceled less than 1 week prior to the tasting.

For Packages NOT Requiring Transportation

Full Refund
Full refunds are given when cancellations are made at least 2 weeks (14 days) prior to the package date.

Half Refund
Half refunds are given when cancellations are made at least 1 week (7 days) prior to the package date.

No Refund
We are unable to give refunds for packages that are canceled less than 1 week prior to the tasting.
