We currently offer two Art & Wine Packages.
SKETCHING WALKING TOUR & WINE
Explore the city of Aix with our professional artist, Apryl Anderson, as your guide. She'll take you to several unique and inspiring locations in town where you will have the opportunity to fill your sketchbook with this Provençal village.
After your 3-hour walking and sketching tour of Aix, spend the last hour enjoying fresh Provençal fruit while being educated on the art of French wine. White, red, and rosé wines will be served. We will provide you with a sketching journal and an artists' ink pen.
ART WORKSHOP & WINE
Meet in a secluded French park or be taken up to a rooftop overlooking the city center and paint your own 30cmx40cm canvas that you can take home and hang on your wall. Apryl Anderson will present impressionistic painting techniques so you can discover what drew the classic impressionists to this area.
We will provide all the necessary materials including easel, canvas, brushes, and paints. We will be using fine-quality artists' gouache for its adaptability and versatility in classic Impressionistic techniques.
After your 3-hour walking and sketching tour of Aix, spend the last hour enjoying fresh provencal fruit while being educated on the art of French wine. White, red, and rosé wines will be served.
LENGTH: Both classes are 4 hours long. 3 hours of art with the last hour consisting of food and wine.
START TIME: Adapted to your schedule. This can be a morning or an afternoon workshop.
COST: 180€ / person
