The Market Day Lunch Cooking Class is the perfect activity to discover Provence. Just show up – everything is provided for you! Under the guidance of our chef, create your very own Provencal lunch from start to finish.
Start the day at the local markets of Aix-en-Provence to gather all of the needed seasonal ingredients. You will not be given a list of things to buy at the market as there is no pre-set menu. Experience the true French way of life by walking through the markets with our chef to hand select the best and freshest ingredients that day. This is not your ordinary market experience as you will have a culinary expert by your side to answer all of your questions.
Once ingredients are selected and the menu is set, join our wine expert in one of the local wine shops to select three wines to pair with your Provençal lunch.
Then join us in our kitchen to create your traditional French entrée, main-course, and dessert. After your hard work in the kitchen is done, relax and enjoy.
This package can be adapted to any occasion: Anniversary or a birthday celebration, mother-daughter events, team building or corporate training retreats, etc. The possibilities are endless!

This package can also be a dinner cooking class, but as the markets are only open in the morning, this portion of the package would be excluded.
