Parking in Aix-en-Provence can be a bit confusing. Almost all of the hotels in Aix provide free parking to their guests. If you do not have hotel accommodations in Aix, we suggest allowing at least 45 minutes to find parking and walk to our meeting point. Our wine packages are casual, so we invite you to come dressed in the way you feel most comfortable.

We try and stick to the dates listed on our Schedule. However, we are sometimes able to make special arrangements. Please Contact Us and let us know your travel details as we would love to have you join us!

NOT A PROBLEM! Our goal is to create an atmosphere that is fun and not the least bit intimidating. No matter what your previous knowledge is about wine, we want you to taste, learn, and have an enjoyable experience.

We keep our groups to a limited size so as to provide a relaxed and intimate setting for our guests. There will most likely be other guests which makes the experience all the more fun. If you would prefer a private event, please Contact Us for our private rates.

Children are welcome, but obviously are unable to partake in the wine tasting. Our Signature French Wine Tasting, which consists entirely of tasting wine, will probably not be of interest to children. For families with children, we recommend our Market Day Cooking Class where there are more activities for them to participate in.

The main difference is that our Gourmet cooking class is taught by a professional French chef. We spend more time in the kitchen, and make a bit more complex dishes (we also add an extra wine and an extra cheese course). This is for people who love cooking and are ready to spend a good three hours in the kitchen. Our Best of Aix is shorter, with more simple meals, taught by one of our wine guides.

Yes! The price includes all the ingredients purchased at the market and all the wine. There are no hidden costs.

This is not a problem as we set the menu with you the morning of, taking into account likes, dislikes, seasonal foods, allergy restrictions, and personal eating habits.

NOT A PROBLEM! Our French chef is there to guide you through the entire cooking process. Beginners and seasoned chefs alike are welcome in this class.

No. The vast majority of our guests leave quite full and are satisfied until dinner.

Our prices include chauffeured transportation to and from your hotel, tasting & tour fees, fruit/baguettes/water/chocolate for the car ride, and your very own wine expert guide. For full day tours, lunch is included (with the exception of alcohol).

On both half-day and full-day tours, we provide water, baguettes, fruit, and dark chocolate to snack on throughout the day.

Children are welcome, but obviously unable to participate in the tasting. As long as your kids are comfortable being in/out of a car, we think this package is fun for them to experience; seeing the different gardens, wine caves, etc.

Possibly. If we have people requesting the same day, we do combine groups. However, our Vineyard & Winery Tours are always small, intimate groups (never more than 8 people). We find that sharing your experiences with other people is a fun part of traveling. If you would like to book an exclusively private Vineyard & Winery Tour, please indicate that in your email and we will let you know about our private rates.

There is no obligation whatsoever to buy wine. It is fine if you are just looking for a fun experience tasting wines. However, for those who are looking to buy wine to take home, we encourage you to buy a bottle or two as these are some of the best wine regions in the world. Please note, if you are interested in purchasing a larger quantity of wine, know that you may be limited in the number of bottles you can take back with you to your home country due to customs regulations.

Our Vineyard & Winery tour is casual so we invite you to come dressed in the way you feel most comfortable. We do suggest that you wear comfortable shoes as you will be doing some light walking. We also recommend bringing a sweater or jacket as the temperature controlled barrel rooms are often chilly (not necessary in the summer months).

We will pick you up at your hotel or cruise ship port.
