This package is for those looking for a truly gourmet French culinary experience! This market tour and cooking class will be led by our local French chef as well as one of our wine guides.

10:00 - 11:00 ~ In the Market

We start our day in Aix’s famous open-air market to select local produce for our meal from some of our favorite market vendors. Our chef will give you tips on how to choose the best ingredients for the meal as well as answer your questions about French cuisine.

11:00 - 11:30 ~ Visit to Both the Wine & Cheese Shops

We will also visit the best cheese shop in Aix where we purchase our cheese course as well as some of the best butter and cream you will ever taste. We then pop over to our favorite wine shop to choose four wines to pair with the meal. These two charming shops, frequented by locals, are a must-see in Aix.

11:30 - 2:00 ~ In the Kitchen

Join us in our charming loft right off of the market square, where our French chef will guide you in the preparation of a four-course meal that is sure to be the culinary highlight of your time in France. Do not be discouraged by the late lunch time as there will be plenty of tastings during your time in the kitchen.

2:00 - 3:30 ~ Bon Appétit!

After all the preparation is complete, we invite you to sit down, relax, and enjoy your hard work along with four amazing French wines. During the meal, Hilary & Brian give you a unique insight into food and wine pairing, the French wine classification system, some amazing wine stories, and much more!
