Come experience the markets, cook a simple and delicious three-course lunch accompanied by three exceptional French wines, and still have your afternoon free to continue exploring Provence.
10:00am – 11:15am ~ In the Market
Walk with us through the famous open-air fruit and vegetable market to select local produce for our meal (starter, main course, dessert) from some of our favorite market vendors. While selecting seasonal ingredients, learn about the culture of French food and how locals shop and eat. Then visit our favorite wine shop in town to choose three wines to pair with the meal.
11:15am – 12:45pm ~ In the Kitchen
We invite you to our kitchen in a charming loft located right off of the market square. Hilary and Brian teach you the skills they have acquired from working with various French chefs over the years. The goal is to have you prepare a menu that you can easily recreate for friends and family at home.
12:45pm – 2:00pm ~ Bon Appétit!
Sit down, relax, and enjoy the lunch you created with the selected wines. Throughout the meal, you will have the opportunity to learn about the world of French wine, including food and wine pairing, the French wine classification system, some amazing wine stories, and much more!

NOT A PROBLEM! Our goal is to create an atmosphere that is fun and not the least bit intimidating. No matter what your previous knowledge is about wine, we want you to learn, taste, experience, and have fun.
Will there be other people?
We keep our groups to a limited size so as to provide a fun and intimate setting for our guests. There will most likely be other guests which makes the experience of sharing and wine all the more fun. If you would prefer a private event, please

What about children?
Children are welcome, but obviously are unable to partake in the wine tasting. Our Signature French Wine Tasting, which consists entirely of tasting wine, will probably not be of interest to children. For families with children, we recommend our
